Welcome to the New England R/C Combat Association mailing list. 

If you wish to be removed for this list at any time, please send the request to 
racores@world.std.com and state your name and email address. This will become 
more formal as we automate the list. 

We currently have 19 members of the list and hope to offload many more from our 
hardcopy distribution. If you want to be placed back on the hardcopy 
distribution, we are asking for a $3 fee to cover the year's copying and 
postage costs. The advantage of this list is that we will be able to send 
intermediate versions of the hardcopy newsletter as they come available. I 
currently have a contest report from the New Boston contest that I will send 
out this weekend while the hardcopy newsletter will wait for the Rhode Island 
results. This newsletter will typically be sent from the racores@world.std.com 
account but I had problems setting up the mailing list there and needed to get 
this out ASAP.

The reason for this initial mailing is to send directions for sunday's (11/13) 
team combat contest at the RI Aeromodelers field.

Take Rt95 through Providence to Exit 7. At the bottom of the ramp 
take a left back over the highway. About 1/8mi to a stop sign at a 
"T" in the road. Turn right onto Division Rd. and about 1/8mi down 
on the right is the field. There is parking for 100 cars so let's 
see if we can fill it up!
