Sunday's contest in Rhode Island will go on as planned. It is going to start about 10am but people will be at the field from 8:30 on. The format of the contest is up in the air since Barry Schubert has been called away due to a death in the family. Since Barry hadn't discussed his plans with anyone before leaving, it's unclear what will transpire. Charlie Hochstrasser will be the CD for the contest and we will have a format discussion at the pilot's meeting. I suggested having the contest be "free" and evolve the rules round to round. One concern we talked about was the coordination of teams with trying to find conflict free pairings with four frequencies involved. Barry had great plans for the "bragging rights" available from this but we're unsure how he wanted it run. Our sympaties go out to Barry. Hope to see you sunday. Jim "come on down and play" Reith
